Charles Kwinjo

Charles has over twenty years’ experience in human capital management, labour / industrial relations, training and development, public relations, HR systems design, and over ten years in teaching, lectureship, salesmanship, banking, transport planning, is a practising lawyer, etc.
Josephy Chitombo
Senior Consultant HND(HR);EDGM;AIPMZJosephy is a seasoned labour relations, HR and general management consultant with about twenty years’ experience in HR systems design, training and development, reward and talent management. He has held senior HR positions in Transport, Engineering, Motor, Construction Commercial, Hospitality and the Health Sector for such companies as Avenues Clinic, Randalls Holdings, PG Industries, Cresta Group of Hotels, The Meikles Hotel among others.
He spearheaded the formation of the National Employment Council for the Medical sector, formation of the Health Services Employers Association where he is the Secretary General and a board member for the NEC Catering Industry as well as for the medical industry, and is a Certified Trustee of Pension Funds.
Marjory Mhandu
BA. BScN (ZOU). ADE. DPA. DNE. DBS. RGN. DSC. DPM CA(Z)Mrs Mhandu has vast experience in healthcare services management, setting up new projects eg hospital, nursing school and health insurance and consultancy. She is a team player with proven interpersonal and leadership skills, currently Hospital Manager at Parktown Hospital. She is Part time Lecturer for BSc Nursing Hons Degree in Nursing Science for Zimbabwe Open University. She is a passionate Associate Consultant at KEZANA International Consultancy.
Marjory holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from ZOU, various diplomas in Nurse Education, General Nursing, Payroll Management, Biblical Studies and Church Leadership, Storeman /Stock Control, Personnel Management and Certificates in Information Technology and in HIV/AIDS and Counselling. Marjory has also worked as General Manager at Pro Health Medical Aid Society, Marketing Manager at CAPS Holdings Autosterile, Principal Matron, Hospital Administrator and Hospital Pharmacy Accounts Manager at Anne’s Hospital, Acting Sister in Charge at Harare Hospital. Served on Risk Management Committee and Hospital Accreditation Committee. She was instrumental in setting up a Post Graduate Nursing School for ICU and Theatre Nurses Diploma. She is a member of Zimbabwe Nurses Association, Marketers Association of Zimbabwe, Zimbabwe Institute of Management and Institute of People Management of Zimbabwe. Training Coordinator and former District Health Coordinator for the Methodist Church in Zimbabwe.
Shame Nyamaraka
Certified Public Accountant(CPA) RPAcc BCompt Accounting Science;Shem is an audit and accounting expert. He brings a wealth of expertise in corporate auditing, taxation and accounting acquired from various international and local entities. Shem has worked as Audit Senior for BDO Associates Seychelles, Senior Group Internal Auditor for Croco Holdings, Accountant for Jaguar Land Rover Zimbabwe, and Audit Associate for BDO Chartered Accountants Zimbabwe. Shem currently serves the market as an independent tax, audit and accounting consultant.
